Your Terms & Conditions Questions Answered

Yes. Account creation requires you to read and confirm agreement to the Terms & Conditions. You cannot open an account or place wagers without accepting them. You can always request a copy of the full terms via the support link in the footer.

Breaches range from minor (wagering before funds clear) to serious (identity fraud, underage play, restricted location access). Minor breaches may result in a warning or temporary hold on withdrawals. Serious breaches trigger account suspension and possible forfeiture of balance.

We can update the Terms & Conditions, but only with 14 days' notice sent to your account email. You have the right to review changes before they apply. If you disagree, you can request account closure without penalty during the notice period.

Your deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are protected under our fund-handling terms. We keep deposits in segregated accounts separate from operating funds. If carolina evening ceases operations, deposits are returned per local payment law requirements.

Withdrawals must be requested from the Wallet section of your account. Funds return to the original payment method used. Processing takes four to 24 hours depending on the method. QRIS and OVO typically clear within four hours during business days in Jakarta and Yogyakarta.
